Summary: It's amazing how quickly a noble cause can twist into something irredeemably hideous under the right circumstances. In Dr. Levin's case, love made him do the worst things...to his face.

History: While testing out the effects of radiation poisoning, Dr. Aberto Levin created Derma 25, a chemical that can disfigure the skin. Luckily, he also made Derma 28, a major healing agent. However, when a singer caught in a car accident comes out hideously disfigured, Levin decides to make enough Derma 28 to heal her. But he needs the blood of the living, so he uses Derma 25 on himself to feel less remorse getting it.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: Amidst the chaos when he's been cornered by authorities suspicious of the killings going around, Levin is stabbed in the back. He reverts back to normal form upon dying.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2-Sure, Levin kills people and has a disfigured face, but really, that's about it. Hell, in some shots, you can barely see his face. Though whether that makes it better or worse is up to you.

Trivia: -Levin was played by Alberto Lupo, who was actually known for playing in action films more often than these types.

-Despite many sources saying that Mario Bava produced this film, it was actually Elio Ippolito Mellino going under the alias of Mario Fava.
